After the download please Unzip the file and you can copy it to the Rhino templates folder (Users\username\AppData\Roaming\McNeel\Rhinoceros\6.0\Localization\en-US\Template Files) for Rhino 6.0 and (Users\username\AppData\Roaming\McNeel\Rhinoceros\7.0\Localization\en-US\Template Files) for Rhino 7.0.
